At the Car Wash

As new home owners we have been blessed with not only a good investment, but we have also been blessed with many poachers salespeople.  We have lived in this house for two and a half years now, but we have only been the actual homeowners for 4 months.  In that time, we have had several people call or come to our door selling something.  Even the electric company offered to put a box on our AC unit that allows them to shut it off during peak usage, and we get a discounted rate in return.  Funny thing is, we already had one installed the first summer we lived here.  Whatever.

All that being said, we have very hard water out here.  You do not want to drink it, and you should not wash your car with it.  We were sold a water filtration system for the house.  The difference is amazing.  My appliances will be so grateful in the long run.  So the point to all of this is?  Well since Kristin thought it was necessary to write "wash me" on the window of my van, I felt she should.  And since we have new softer water it was ok to do so.
First, Daddy's car.   I used the soap that was given to us with the filtering system.  Look closely at Em's hands.  They look like she has gloves on.  I used a lid full is all...could have used 1/2 tsp for both cars.  Literally.

Kristin thought the cars were pretty gross.  She was right.

Ryan was all for it, until he saw the soap.  Must be a boy thing.

Another boy thing, is always having dirt or food on your face.  In this case, it is chocolate.  That's my boy!
